How does your 30-day free trial work?

Sign up, and get instant access to all our features for 30 days. You will have to upgrade to a paid account before the expiry of your trial period in order to keep using your account.

How does your 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee work?

If you decide within the first 30 days of sign-up that your website is not the best solution for you, you can get a full refund of your setup fee if applicable, and your first monthly/annually subscription fee. Just contact our Billing Department and let us know, and we’ll process that immediately — no questions asked.

Unfortunately, no refunds for purchasing custom domain or custom professional services and designs (custom websites built by a Project Manager) will be provided to you if you elect to terminate your subscription.

Do I have to pay taxes?

Unless otherwise stated, our charges do not include any taxes, levies, duties or similar governmental assessments, including value-added, sales, use or withholding taxes assessable by any local, state, provincial or foreign jurisdiction. We will invoice you for such taxes if we believe we have a legal obligation to do so and you agree to pay such taxes if so invoiced.

Do I have to provide my credit card details?

No. You don’t need a credit card to sign-up for our free trial. However, you need to add a credit card if/when you decide to activate your account, submit your website to compliance, request support assistance, go live with your website, or use any or our professional services.

Can I upgrade or downgrade between plans?

Absolutely. Simply log in to your website dashboard and click the MyAccount menu at the top of the screen, then choose the ‘Change’ link under the ‘My Memberships’ section. You can then change your new plan.

No refunds or credits will be provided to you if you elect to downgrade plan. Downgrading your plan may cause loss of content, features, or capacity of the service as available to you under your account and we do not accept any liability for such loss.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Mastercard and Visa. Please contact our Billing Department for more information.

If the card isn’t going through, sometimes banks will put a hold on them when making international purchases. If this is the case, please call your provider.
